اللَّهمَّ اسْقِ عِبَادَكَ وَبَهَائِمَكَ، وَانْشُرْ رَحْمَتَكَ وَأَحْيِي بَلَدَكَ المَيِّتَ

‘O Allah, provide water for Your servants and Your cattle, spread out Your mercy and resurrect Your dead land.’
